Lead Engineer / Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Location: US-based, ideally in San Francisco (our HQ).

Commitment: Full-time.

Compensation: Competitive salary ($150-250K). Meaningful equity (5-20%).

Who are WE?

ReferIn is a SaaS platform that enables sales teams to manage and automate their referral programs. We’ve increased sales meetings booked through referrals by 10X+ with our initial customers.

I’m Joel Rodriguez, Founder & CEO of ReferIn. ReferIn is my second venture-backed startup, as I just raised a pre-seed round for ReferIn that closed in June 2022. I built the ReferIn prototype and am now working with a dev studio (Tanooki Labs) to build V1 of the product.

I’m bringing on a technical partner to own product development and lead our engineering team.

WHAT will you do?

• Be a co-founding member of the executive team
• Build a killer SaaS product that truly helps people and companies create more value
• Hire your own team
• Own the code base
• Make all decisions regarding which technologies and services we use
• Responsible for the technical vision and execution 
• Manage all internal and external engineering teams
• Ensure that technological resources meet short and long-term goals
